Responsibilities
Deliver AWS engineering services to support technical implementation and maintenance of cloud solutions
Build, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPCs
Automate deployment and monitoring using AWS native tools and scripting
Troubleshoot and resolve AWS environment and integration issues
Ensure security and governance compliance
Assist with application and data migration to AWS cloud environments
Qualification
Required
Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Expert (10+ years)
AWS – Advanced (6–9 years)
Dynatrace – Entry Level (0–2 years)
Linux – Advanced (6–9 years)
UNIX – Advanced (6–9 years)
DevOps (AWS) – Advanced (6–9 years)
API Management – Advanced (6–9 years)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience leading calls with data-driven discussions
Experience handling high-priority incidents in high-pressure environments and clearly articulating fixes during calls
Strong exposure to SRE principles and ways of working
AWS advanced certifications with hands-on experience in widely used AWS services
System engineering experience including Linux, UNIX, Windows, and patching
Flexibility to extend support hours for high-priority incidents
Experience working in onshore/offshore environments
