Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete and sitework packages (earthworks, foundations, slabs, paving, etc.)
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Perform quantity take-offs and material/labour cost analysis
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost savings
Support bid submissions and pre-construction planning
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Concrete Estimator or Sitework Estimator
Strong understanding of sitework and concrete construction methods
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
Experience with estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and organisational skills
