Responsibilities
Provide primary oversight and coordination of projects with technological components undertaken by the college
Assist their supervisor with the development of project management policies and procedures
Document business processes from business areas throughout the campus in the form of both written narratives and process maps
Occasional travel to other Penn College campuses
Some evening and weekend work may be required to meet the needs of Information Technology Services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in project management, business architecture, IT, or related discipline, OR, equivalent combination of education and work experience which qualifies the individual to perform the above duties
Five (5) years' experience in managing technical projects
Proven history of successful project completion
Experience documenting and modeling business processes
Experience working with project management tools
