Alpha is a fast-moving, deeply technical product team seeking a Front End Engineer to take ownership of core user-facing systems. The role involves driving large front-end initiatives, designing UI systems, and collaborating closely with backend engineers to enhance developer-facing interfaces.

Responsibilities

Own and drive large front-end initiatives from concept to production
Lead development of a core observability dashboard used by technical users
Design and implement UI systems using React (current POCs use Remix and Tailwind)
Make architectural decisions and raise the bar for front-end quality and performance
Collaborate closely with backend and systems engineers on end-to-end workflows
Continuously refine developer-facing interfaces for clarity, speed, and usability

Required

Strong front-end engineering background, especially with React

Curious, fast learner with interest in contributing beyond the front end
