Senior Designer / Sales Consultant

Ashbrittle Recruitment is working with a Miami-based company specializing in ultra-high-end interiors and bespoke furniture for luxury residential projects. They are seeking an experienced Senior Designer / Sales Consultant to guide clients through the design journey, ensuring exceptional service and project execution.

Construction

Responsibilities

Deliver a 5-star client experience through in-showroom and in-home consultations
Assess client needs, take field measurements, create designs, and place orders
Design kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, and custom furniture
Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, and perspectives
Develop in-depth product knowledge across all cabinetry and furniture lines
Price and order cabinets and all job-related products with precision
Coordinate between clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Manage project schedules, drawings, and job-specific details
Actively pursue new business opportunities and qualify inbound leads
Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM
Uphold showroom presentation and organisation to reflect a luxury brand
Support social media marketing initiatives (Facebook, Instagram, occasional digital mailers)
Handle light administrative duties including filing and answering phones
Maintain and organise sample libraries

Required

Demonstrable experience in kitchen, bathroom, cabinetry/millwork, furniture design and sales
Proficiency in Chief Architect and 20/20 Design (AutoCAD and SketchUp a plus)
Proven sales success with strong closing skills
Exceptional attention to detail in drawings, pricing, and ordering
Experience communicating technical details clearly to installers and clients
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, boutique environment
Confident working one-on-one with high-end residential clients
Suitably qualified. Interior Design degree or Kitchen & Bath Design certification/degree preferred
