Qualification
Required
Solid educational background in IT or mountains of relevant experience
At least 5 years in the trenches, managing IT infrastructure projects with tenacity and creative flair
Knowledge of the inner workings of an MSP, with an understanding of the difference between professional services and client service management
Passionate about the marriage between a quality client experience and delivering projects efficiently
A strong understanding of what drives healthy, efficient teams
Holder of a PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools—your shield and armor in the battle of deadlines
Proven experience in managing sprawling, distributed IT deployments across various terrains (physical and digital)
A maestro of virtualization and networking technologies
Exceptional ability to translate complex project scopes into victorious project outcomes
Expert at navigating the complexities of multinational and multi-disciplinary environments
