Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts that fit the company’s ideal customer profile
Engage prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark interest and qualify opportunities
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and align solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking within the CRM
Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
Qualification
Required
Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and engaging across all channels
Resilient & Results-Driven: Comfortable handling rejection and motivated by achieving targets
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage high-volume outreach with precision
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Curious & Proactive: Passionate about learning, improving, and understanding customer challenges
