Responsibilities
Assist with outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels
Support lead qualification and help schedule discovery meetings for sales executives
Learn and communicate the value of RPAG's platform and services
Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach and engagement
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and follow-up
Research target markets and identify potential outreach opportunities
Support event follow-up from webinars and industry conferences
Assist with sales presentations and proposal preparation
Participate in team meetings and provide project support
Qualification
Required
Rising junior or senior at an accredited college or university – could also be a new graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in sales, business development, or financial services
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred
Major in Business, Finance, Marketing, Econ, or related field preferred
