Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reporting, providing offers)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, employee records, and documentation
Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations topics, escalating issues when needed
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and HR projects as required
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and relevant regulations
Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and employer branding efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Technology, or related fields
3+ years of IT Recruitment experience
Full professional proficiency with the English language
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing methods, and interview techniques
Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Team-oriented with a positive mindset and willingness to support various HR tasks
