Responsibilities
Administers the applications infrastructure, user access and application deployment – taking a prominent role in implementing across the organization. Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance (usually outside of regular business hours) of all designated applications
First line of day to day support
Liaise with IT Infrastructure, Networking and other groups on future strategy of platform, capacity planning, upgrades, etc
Continually analyze, propose and adapt current business requirements and map to applications
Develop and maintain custom reports
Create/modify SQL scripts for data mining
Participate in the integration process with other Cloud enterprise systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field, or related years of experience
3+ years of application or IT experience
Good knowledge of customer support and call center processes
Good knowledge of SQL scripting and data mining
Strong knowledge of business applications and the ability to develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, validation rules and custom workflow
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions
Can anticipate risks and mitigate in the moment
Comfortable under high-stress and exhibits poise and focus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effectively prioritize multiple issues and provide resolution of application functionality questions
Strong ability to learn new business applications quickly
Preferred
Certification in designated application preferred
