The role involves educating customers on auction participation and driving to various auction locations in Southern California.

Responsibilities
You will be the face of Auction.com and will represent the Company in the conduct of live foreclosure auctions, either through holding auctions, or via online technology that allows remote or real-time bidding on a national basis
You will be helping your local community thrive through educating customers on how to participate in the auctions and helping turn houses into homes
As an Auction Coordinator, your Area/State manager will work with you to assign daily, weekly, or monthly auctions that you will be expected to participate in
Your typical schedule will have 5-8 auctions per month, occurring typically on a bi-weekly schedule, so the more available and flexible your schedule is the better
Additionally, there are usually training sessions monthly/quarterly and these provide opportunities to improve skills while earning additional compensation
Each auction usually requires 2-3 hours of work. Starting out you can expect between 15-30 hours per month with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as you grow within our team and company
Qualification
Required

Availability Monday – Thursday for morning shifts (every other week)
Ability to drive up to 90 minutes to get to auctions in surrounding areas
People centric; enjoys interacting and helping people
Proficient in technology
