We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations through data analysis, purchase order management, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.

Responsibilities
Manage and process purchase orders in alignment with company policies and procurement standards
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
Support contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
Monitor supplier performance and work with internal stakeholders to address issues and improve outcomes
Collaborate with finance, operations, and other internal teams to support sourcing and procurement initiatives
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation within ERP or procurement systems
Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
Hands-on experience managing purchase orders and procurement workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret procurement data
Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement management tools
