Responsibilities
Administer and support cloud databases (Snowflake) and data platforms (IICS, Tableau, Cognos, SAS, GitHub, MOVEit MFT)
Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud applications and services
Manage software installation, access requests, permissions, and data security
Define and enforce security policies, authentication, and authorization for cloud platforms
Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable, high-performance cloud data solutions
Evaluate new cloud products and optimize data storage and processing
Monitor performance and implement optimization strategies
Apply data management and governance processes; Conduct regular system assessments
Provide excellent customer support and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting AWS cloud-based data solutions
5+ years of experience with cloud database platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
5+ years of experience in database administration and data warehouse applications on AWS
3+ years of experience in cloud data services (IICS, AWS, GitHub)
2+ years of experience installing and configuring applications using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of cloud network policies and firewall rules
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
Experience with Linux shell scripting, user security, and server administration
Familiarity with data security protocols (encryption/decryption)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience handling sensitive healthcare data; Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy controls
