Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial projects
Review plans, specifications, and scope of work
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Collaborate with project managers and operations teams
Support bid strategy and proposal submissions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial electrical estimator
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, codes, and construction methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Experience with estimating software and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
