They are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Technician to provide essential IT support, including troubleshooting desktop computers and networking issues in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities
Assist employees with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting, including installations, updates, and repairs across Macs, iPads, and Windows machines
Provide basic support for network connectivity and Wi-Fi setup, ensuring reliable access for daily operations
Respond to user support tickets in a timely manner, diagnosing and resolving common IT issues on-site
Perform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain a smooth and secure technology environment
Work standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Basic experience in desktop support, such as fixing computer hardware/software problems
Fundamental knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi (e.g., connecting devices, basic troubleshooting)
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
Reliable transportation for commuting to our Lutz location
Preferred
1+ year of IT support experience
Familiarity with macOS, iOS, and Windows operating systems
Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+
