Responsibilities
Educate individuals and families on life insurance products and financial solutions
Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate protection and retirement strategies
Develop and maintain client relationships through networking, referrals, and community outreach
Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage a personal book of business
Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop sales and leadership skills
Build a long-term plan for transitioning into independent business ownership
Qualification
Required
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and desire for financial independence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
Must be willing to obtain a state Life Insurance License (training provided)
Preferred
