Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, resilient enterprise architectures across cloud and on-prem environments
Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across multi-cloud and hybrid enterprise environments
Design and implement scalable, resilient enterprise AI platforms
Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints for AI systems, including:
Create a strategic roadmap for how the organization’s enterprise architecture will evolve to meet future AI and ML needs, focusing on scalability, cost-effectiveness, and performance
Provide AI tool recommendations and strategic direction for enterprise adoption
Lead enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance, security, and cost efficiency
Research, develop, and define standards, governance models, and tooling for AI usage
Engage with vendors to evaluate platforms and co-design enterprise AI capabilities
Partner with application and business teams to deliver AI-enabled enterprise capabilities
Maintain enterprise architecture standards and reference architectures
Develop and maintain enterprise and AI roadmaps, strategies, and long-term visions
Proactively monitor platforms and recommend improvements
Perform capacity planning and future-proofing for AI workloads
Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise and AI architectures
Develop detailed architectural documentation and technical drawings
Enable AI adoption across the enterprise through secure, governed, and scalable designs
Bridge the gap between AI research innovation and enterprise-scale implementation
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to enterprise, application, and engineering teams
Partner with product management to align enterprise capabilities with AI objectives
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies across enterprise and AI domains
Work closely with Cyber Security teams to ensure security is embedded in all enterprise and AI designs
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of hands-on enterprise architecture experience
5+ years of technical leadership and team guidance
5+ years of enterprise platform design and implementation experience
3+ years of customer-facing technical leadership
2+ years of hands-on AI tools, platforms, or enablement experience
2+ years of designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, networking, compute, and platforms
Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools and technologies
Proven experience deploying AI architectures at enterprise scale
Deep knowledge of ML concepts, MLOps, model deployment, and lifecycle management
Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including AI/ML and data services
Experience designing secure, compliant enterprise and AI platforms
Strong ability to communicate complex architectures to C-suite stakeholders
Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
Strong decision-making, operational judgment, and problem-solving skills
Deep knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms
Self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
