Litigation Paralegal

Talent Lab Partners LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all stages of the litigation lifecycle. The role involves assisting with asset investigations, document drafting and management, and providing support for depositions and trials.

Responsibilities

Perform asset searches to assess collectability
Utilize investigative databases (e.g., TLO) to locate individuals for service of process
Assist with preparing affidavits, witness and exhibit lists, and stipulations
Organize and prepare documents for production, including Bates labeling, redactions, and privilege logs
Coordinate document collection from clients and third parties, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Summarize deposition transcripts and manage supporting exhibits
Prepare binders and materials for depositions, hearings, and trials
Assist with demonstratives, spreadsheets, and trial presentations
Tag testimony and exhibits within document review platforms
Locate, label, and organize exhibits for hearings and trial
Create electronic and hyperlinked exhibit binders
Upload and manage exhibits using trial presentation software (e.g., Trial Director or similar)
Track and organize discovery requests and responses
Review productions from opposing parties to ensure completeness
Maintain and update lists of relevant and privileged search terms
Develop and maintain spreadsheets tracking parties, entities, dates, issues, and key events
Assist in organizing case data and litigation timelines

Required

Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred
Familiarity with legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Exposure to electronic discovery and document production
Knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements (including complex business litigation rules)
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a legal team
