Responsibilities
Manage real estate development projects from pre-development through construction and delivery
Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, and consultants
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones
Review construction progress reports, change orders, and cost controls
Support permitting, zoning, and regulatory compliance processes
Act as a liaison between ownership, partners, and on-site teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or construction, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Solid understanding of residential and/or mixed-use development projects
Experience working with contractors, consultants, and technical teams
Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills
Based in Detroit, Michigan
