Account Executive
Hire Score LLC is a national consulting firm transforming waste and recycling management through sustainable solutions. They are seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive to support growth by closing new business and building trusted relationships while delivering solutions that reduce costs and advance sustainability goals.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities, from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand client challenges, goals, and decision-making processes
Present tailored solutions that align cost savings, operational efficiency, and sustainability outcomes
Partner closely with Business Development Representatives to ensure smooth handoffs and well-qualified opportunities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of national B2B accounts
Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining long-term relationship focus
Maintain accurate forecasts, notes, and activity tracking in the CRM
Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings (as needed)
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, ideal customer profiles, and go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or Account Executive roles, ideally selling services or solutions
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently close new business
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills — listen first, then solve
Comfortable selling via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
Organized, proactive, and pipeline-driven with strong follow-up habits
Ability to communicate value clearly to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
Growth-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc
Preferred
Experience in SMB/mid-marketing environments is a plus
