Responsibilities
Audit and rebuild our recruiting funnel
Ensure that every candidate, whether hired or not, has a world-class experience with Dash0
Help us tell our story
Find creative ways to showcase our culture and OpenTelemetry mission to attract top-tier engineering and go-to-market talent
Work on the strategic setup of a scalable talent organization that can handle the pressures of a fast-growing, remote-first environment
Research, test, and implement AI tools to automate "meaningless toil" in recruiting and HR—from automated scheduling to AI-assisted sourcing and screening
Map out and improve key milestones (onboarding, anniversaries, promotions)
Own the "Day 1" experience
Manage onboarding logistics, administrative to-dos, and contract amendments, ensuring everything is compliant but human-centric
Identify bottlenecks in our current people processes and propose lean, scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
