Responsibilities

Serve as the digital business lead for FirstNet service and support initiatives, translating business and operational requirements into clear digital priorities and roadmaps
Partner with Technology, Product, Operations, GTM, and Analytics teams to manage intake, define requirements, and deliver business service and support capabilities
Develop executive-ready presentations and business cases that clearly articulate service challenges, proposed digital solutions, expected value, and success metrics
Use digital service and support performance data to assess outcomes, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate business impact
Partner with product and technology teams to translate product roadmaps into effective digital business service and support experiences, including requirements definition and viability assessment
Champion a test-and-learn mindset, identifying opportunities for automation, personalization, and scalable AI to enhance digital service and support capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
