Responsibilities
Create and support marketing campaigns across multiple lines of business
Learn the fundamentals of creative briefs, including channel selection, target audience identification, and crafting compelling calls to action
Develop skills in email marketing and become proficient in HubSpot for building and managing campaigns
Leverage reporting and dashboards to analyze performance, identify insights, and recommend tactical improvements
Shadow product marketing and creative teams to gain exposure to strategic planning and execution
Contribute to a special project on segmentation-based marketing, using personalization tactics and testing creative variations for different audiences
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college/university
Rising College Juniors, Seniors, Graduate Students, or Thrive Scholars
Strong written and communication skills
Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams
Strong use of Microsoft Office Tools
Preferred
GPA of 3.0 preferred
Participation in college organizations and the community
