Responsibilities

Supporting the design and execution of employee experience and People & Organization initiatives aligned with Siemens’ P&O strategy
Contributing to workforce transformation initiatives, development programs, and related workshops and events
Supporting the analysis of employee engagement, pulse, and feedback surveys and preparing data-driven insights and visualizations
Creating reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support people-related reporting and leadership discussions
Supporting intern engagement initiatives and onboarding projects, including materials, coordination, and process optimization
Assisting with planning and execution of culture-building initiatives, employee engagement activities, and related communications

Required

Current student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field. Candidates must not graduate prior to September 2026
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 12-week summer internship
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Wendell, NC, as this role does not provide relocation support
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

Strong interest in People & Organization topics, employee experience, and data-driven HR
Analytical mindset with interest in people data, surveys, and insights
Experience with survey tools or HR systems
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a diverse, international environment
Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong attention to detail
