Responsibilities
Develop and own the global social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
Define content pillars, storytelling frameworks, and platform-specific strategies aligned with brand, seasonal, and commercial objectives
Lead social calendar planning end-to-end, including launches, campaigns, collaborations, and cultural moments
Establish best practices, workflows, and governance for social content across regions
Oversee and contribute directly to the creation of social-first content, including short-form video, static imagery, edits, and stories
Hands-on creation using tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, Photoshop, Canva, and similar platforms
Direct shoots, UGC initiatives, and influencer content to ensure brand consistency and elevated execution
Stay ahead of social trends while ensuring content remains aligned with luxury brand standards
Lead the global influencer and VIP strategy, building partnerships with creators, tastemakers, and cultural figures who embody the Moose Knuckles spirit
Drive influencer identification, outreach, and relationship management across fashion, culture, music, and lifestyle
Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and measure ROI across influencer campaigns
Partner with influencers and creators to develop authentic, high-impact content that resonates with Moose Knuckles’ audience
Ensuring timely, on-brand engagement with community across channels
Monitor sentiment, cultural conversations, and emerging trends to inform content and brand response
Collaborate with customer service and PR teams on community issues, launches, and brand moments
Track and analyze performance metrics across social and influencer channels
Translate data into insights to optimize content, timing, partnerships, and platform strategy
Report on performance, growth, and impact to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
6-8+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably within luxury fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Proven experience leading global social and influencer strategies with measurable impact
Strong creative sensibility with the ability to execute hands-on content creation
Deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms, trends, and creator ecosystems
Proficiency in CapCut, Instagram Edits, Photoshop, Canva, and related creative tools
Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external partners
Excellent communication, leadership, and storytelling skills
