The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to generate new business across key industries, including distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and food production
Identify, pursue, and close new client partnerships that align with company objectives
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
Accurately document all sales activity, opportunities, and next steps in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and transparency
Collaborate closely with internal operations and leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management
Consistently meet or exceed established sales metrics and revenue targets
Represent our mission and values with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within staffing, logistics, or service-oriented industries
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and achieve measurable sales growth
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
High level of self-discipline and organization, including consistent CRM management and follow-up
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM platform)
A collaborative mindset with the drive to succeed independently
