The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for clients while also assisting in the production of fruit arrangements.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fresh fruits
Communicate effectively with customers
Upsell additional fruit products or related items to increase sales
Operate cash register and POS system accurately for transactions, excellent computer skills
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Ensure proper handling and storage to maintain freshness and quality
Helping wrap and put together products
Dipping of fruits as needed and any other production needs as required
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage customers positively
Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping
Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
Previous sales experience
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Ability to spell and use correct grammar
Strong phone handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Be able to handle monetary transactions correctly
High school degree
Pass a Background Check
Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
Must be reliable & dependable
Attention to detail is a must!
Cannot be allergic to fruits!
Preferred
Experience in wireless or electronics sales is a plus
Bilingual skills are an advantage for effective communication with a diverse customer base
