Responsibilities
Providing expert, hands-on direction for the Memphis, TN Ion Exchange (IX) facility, ensuring the regeneration processes, chemical handling, and resin lifecycle management meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
Leading the distributed field service and logistics teams to excellent customer service as well as rapid response times and consistent uptime for customer-site equipment across North America
Driving EBITDA growth through customer base expansion, cost control, efficient operation of the IX regeneration plant and maximizing the utilization/turnover of the IX fleet (MODI trailers and Ion Exchange vessels)
Responsible for the growth of the IW Services business, and management of the salesforce, in line with the growth plan
Establishing a zero-harm culture across both the Memphis, TN, industrial plant environment and remote customer sites, strictly adhering to OSHA, DOT, and EPA mandates
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in the industrial water treatment industry, with a focus on service management
Proven track record of leadership and team management
Strong strategic planning and business development skills
Deep understanding of water treatment technologies and sustainability practices
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
