Responsibilities
Lead internal communications, including company-wide updates, birthdays, anniversaries, and culture-focused messaging
Support external communications and marketing efforts, including website updates, campaigns, and customer-facing messaging
Plan, develop, and deliver training programs, with an emphasis on company values, culture, onboarding, and employee development
Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company values and strengthen internal alignment
Partner closely with leadership to improve communication strategies across departments and locations
Contribute flexibly across projects, adapting to evolving priorities in a high-growth, “unicorn” environment where team members wear many hats
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in internal and external communications
Demonstrated experience leading training sessions, workshops, or group facilitation
Strong marketing and content development skills, including experience supporting websites or campaigns
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Resilient, adaptable, and able to maintain professionalism while navigating change
