Responsibilities
Prepare and present monthly financial statements and KPIs for executives and the board of directors
Conduct and interpret variance analyses to identify key performance drivers and propose corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Operations, Product, Marketing) to gather inputs and track the financial impact of business initiatives
Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes by partnering with Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes by implementing best practices, automating workflows, and optimizing reporting tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
Strong Excel skills and solid understanding of financial statements
Familiarity with—or eagerness to learn—essential SaaS metrics
2+ years of experience in FP&A, or Corporate/Investment Banking
Preferred
Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Tableau is a plus
