They are seeking interns to support the Strategic Initiatives department, particularly the Voice of the Member team, gaining hands-on experience that drives business decisions and enhances member experience.

Responsibilities
Support the Strategic Initiatives department, including the Voice of the Member team
Review and interpret data from member surveys to uncover insights
Analyze the accuracy of AI models used to process feedback
Identify opportunities to improve AI modeling and make actionable recommendations
Learn how insights are applied to shape strategies and improve the member experience
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college/university
Rising College Juniors, Seniors, Graduate Students, or Thrive Scholars
Strong written and communication skills
Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams
Strong use of Microsoft Office Tools
Preferred
GPA of 3.0 preferred
Participation in college organizations and the community
