Responsibilities
Lead the introduction, training, and deployment of Sales & Events systems for hotel-based Sales & Events teams
Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, including classroom-style onboarding and system build guidance
Translate hotel leadership goals into role-specific, real-world system workflows
Partner directly with Directors of Sales & Marketing, Directors of Sales, Operational Leaders, and General Managers
Guide hotels on system configurations aligned with market needs and team structure
Develop training materials such as slide decks, facilitator notes, and training videos
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners involved in system implementation
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality
Serve as a key liaison between hotel teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors throughout deployment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hotel experience in group sales and events management
Strong understanding of hotel applications, workflows, and business impact
Willingness and ability to travel 50–75%
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Comfortable leading training sessions and working directly with on-property teams
Preferred
Experience with Sales & Events platforms (e.g., event management or sales systems)
Sales & Events experience supporting hotels in Latin America
Recent (past 1–3 years) hands-on experience with event planning systems
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
