Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices for accounts payable
Manage accounts receivable processes
Maintain general ledger accounts by preparing account reconciliations such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations
Maintain accounting and other pertinent reports and send reports to management as needed
Assist with payroll and payroll reporting
Actively participate in the continuous development and strengthening of internal controls
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
Qualification
Required
English speaking required; limited working proficiency required, professional working proficiency preferred
At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Must be a dedicated team player with the willingness and desire to learn and grow within the organization
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered
ERP implementation experience preferred
Payroll experience preferred
