Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst
Addison Group is seeking a senior-level HRIS subject matter expert responsible for leading HR technology initiatives, advanced analytics, and system optimization. The role involves partnering cross-functionally to ensure HR systems are scalable and compliant while delivering actionable workforce insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in HRIS administration, independently managing system configuration, data integrity, audits, and issue resolution
Analyze complex HR data to identify workforce trends, forecast needs, and provide strategic recommendations
Design, develop, and deliver advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leaders at all organizational levels
Lead HRIS initiatives including annual lifecycle processes, system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements
Partner with HR, IT/DHS, and external vendors to evaluate system performance, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless integrations
Act as backup support for day-to-day HRIS transactional operations, including merit cycles, audits, service center tickets, and complex reporting
Ensure Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and related process documentation are accurate, current, and accessible
Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and training materials to support adoption, compliance, and operational excellence
Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff and system users
Stay current on HR technology trends, including AI and advanced analytics tools, and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business strategy
Serve as a mentor and trusted advisor to HRIS team members and business partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
5+ years of HRIS administration experience, including demonstrated success in a senior or lead capacity
Experience leading cross-functional HR technology initiatives and system implementations
Expertise with HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or comparable systems
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and/or Tableau strongly preferred
Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and/or Tableau strongly preferred
HRIS, analytics, or project management certifications preferred
