Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting, organizing and reviewing vendors' invoices and relevant supporting documents
Accurately enter data into the SAP system based on the verified documents and generate relevant accounting vouchers
Submit payment plans for relevant funds
Print bank statements and regularly organize accounts payable-related files in accordance with requirements
Handle relevant payment processes in the payment systems as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Solid understanding of accounting principles and invoice/payment workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP or similar accounting software
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines under minimal supervision
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
prior internship or exposure to accounting
