Responsibilities

Lead and manage Application Support & Operations team activities
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents
Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams on cloud performance and environment stability
Analyze logs, service metrics, and performance reports
Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management
Report KPIs, trends, and operational insights to leadership

Qualification

Microsoft Azure.NET / C#SQL ServerIncident & Problem Management (ITIL)Technical Troubleshooting & Root Cause AnalysisApplication Support / Production OperationsTeam Leadership & Offshore CoordinationServiceNowApplication InsightsCommunication skills

Required

6+ years in Application Support, Production Operations, or Technical Service Management
3+ years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET / C#, SQL Server, IIS/WCF, and Windows-based applications
Hands-on experience reviewing logs, writing SQL queries, and interpreting system performance data
Experience managing offshore support teams
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Application Insights, and ITIL processes
Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
