Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency
Manage client check-ins and check-outs, including appointment coordination and scheduling
Answer multi-line phone calls and respond to client inquiries via phone and email
Assist clients with hospital admissions, financial discussions, deposits, and expectations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records
Communicate client needs, concerns, and questions to doctors and support staff
Process medical records requests, pet insurance documentation, faxes, and scanned files
Support front desk organization, cleanliness, and overall hospital appearance
Participate in department training, meetings, and continuing education opportunities
Assist Primary Care management as directed
Collaborate with team members to provide a positive, efficient client experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of client service experience required
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable
Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred
Experience with EzyVet and/or Vet Radar is a plus
