Responsibilities

Approach sales cycles with a strategic mindset and partnership with prospects/customers to provide solutions that will solve their key business concerns
Find and develop early-stage opportunities within accounts in untapped high-potential territories with an emphasis on key competitor takeout
Identify the value proposition for existing On-Premise customers to move to cloud
Lead a sales cycle through forecasting, account prioritization, account strategy, planning and closing
Provide insight on finance solutions linked to Oracle’s product suite
Collaborate with sales leaders to address customer challenges
Find technical solutions aligning with customer requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of business development experience, selling to executive level in enterprise or major accounts
3+ years of ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, or HCM enterprise-level sales experience
A successful track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas
The ability to penetrate underdeveloped accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts at C-suite and LOB
Oracle knowledge and strong experience of Oracle's competitors
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prospects/customers
The flexibility to travel as needed

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
