Responsibilities

Oversees the design of the entire security monitoring architecture
Develops and maintain the overall incident response plan
Designs the vulnerability management strategy and framework
Defines and guides the overall security architecture
Establishes compliance frameworks and oversee auditing processes
Develops threat intelligence strategy and operational integration
Designs and oversees the security education and awareness strategy
Architects comprehensive cloud security strategies
Develops and manages the penetration testing program and methodology
Defines the overarching cybersecurity policy and strategy
Leads the exploration and integration of innovative security technologies

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent professional experience, military service, relevant certifications, substantial industry tenure, or technical training may be considered as a substitute for formal education
7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity architectural design and strategy
Leadership experience in Cybersecurity policy and initiative development
Experience with AI and ML technologies in Cybersecurity
Proficiency in Cybersecurity principles, IT infrastructure, and Application Security
Understanding of Network Security protocols, Cryptography, and secure network architectures
Familiarity with Cloud Security, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models
Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF
Proven capability to develop agile and adaptable Cybersecurity infrastructures
Advanced knowledge of current and emerging security threats and countermeasures
Expertise in secure software development lifecycle practices
Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities
Contributions to Cybersecurity research or thought leadership in industry forums

Preferred

Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
