Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to infrastructure projects
Analyze existing infrastructure systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Develop and propose infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency
Work with IT and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for infrastructure solutions
Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in infrastructure, providing insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Tech Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on infrastructure
Strong understanding of infrastructure components, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud technologies
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies and solutions, including virtualization, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and networking
Ability to assess complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Willingness to learn about new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements
