Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced BI dashboards, reports, and reusable data models to support PMO, portfolio, and project reporting

Define and embed standardized PMO KPIs, metrics, and scorecards into analytics solutions, ensuring consistent business logic and calculations

Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to enable PMO and internal teams to own and evolve the analytics tools after the engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field

Advanced experience in analytics/BI development or data engineering, with a strong focus on building production-grade BI solutions

Proven experience designing and implementing BI solutions in project-oriented or PMO environments

Strong solution design mindset, with the ability to turn business requirements into practical, scalable analytics tools

Advanced Power BI (or equivalent) experience setting up and managing BI workspaces, apps, dataflows, gateways, and deployment pipelines

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics tools with intuitive visualizations and self-service capabilities

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills; highly organized and self-directed in a consulting role

MUST be US Citizen or Green Card Holder; no C2C Candidates will be considered

Preferred

Experience working with project/portfolio data (schedule, cost, resource, risk, benefits) is strongly preferred

Experience with project/portfolio management systems (e.g., MS Project Online, Azure DevOps, Jira, Planview, Wrike) preferred
