District Sales Manager
NNR Global Logistics USA Inc. is a people-centric organization committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The District Sales Manager will plan, implement, and coordinate effective sales strategies to enhance team performance and increase revenues in logistics services.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
Identify professional development opportunities for Sales Employees, encourage positive employee relations, and continually source new sales opportunities
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Account Executives (AE) and Sales Development Representative (SDR). This includes joint sales calls, leading, coaching, mentoring, and training
Oversee and hold team accountable in meeting their KPI’s outlined in NNR’s CRM and sales handbook. Ensure SDRs are meeting their KPIs set by the District Manager
Build and promote strong, solid customer relationships with both existing and potential customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Maintain a portfolio of your own individual accounts and targets
Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status, including market canvassing in other District locations
Develop and manage effective sales strategies to maximize sales and profitability

Qualification
Required
Minimum two years of college or military service, bachelor's degree preferred
Proven sales experience in international freight forwarding. Established record of meeting sales targets
Five plus years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
Excellent negotiation, networking, and consultative sales skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and management skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Effective written and oral communications skills. Exceptional customer service expertise
Proficient computer knowledge to include Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Ability to motivate and assist territory salespeople in reaching their highest potential
Personal vehicle, valid driver's license and current insurance required
Flexible and long hours sometimes required
Light/Medium work – Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, frequently and/or constantly
Overnight travel may be required, including foreign travel
