Caregility is a telehealth solution provider connecting care everywhere. They are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to drive growth and ensure excellence in their United States operations by nurturing partner relationships and managing key healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

Identify, on-board, develop, and manage Caregility reseller partners throughout the USA region
Develop and manage, through reseller’s sales staff, opportunities and pipeline, and accurately reflect sales activity through timely CRM updates and management
Develop responses for RFPs, RFI’s, RFQ’s, etc
Train resellers sales staff on Caregility solutions, products, and services
Oversee all aspects of Caregility’s deliverables and serve as the primary liaison to resellers, bringing Clinical, Technical, Project Management, and Services resources to the reseller’s sales opportunities
Maintain strong business relationships with executive management of Caregility Reseller community, with standard Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and proactive communications
Work with reseller marketing teams to represent the Caregility solutions at industry events/tradeshows, within partner’s web and social media tools, and outbound demand generation activities
Other duties as assigned

Required

Channel Sales Management Experience
Channel Marketing Experience
Travel requiring multi-night stays within USA
US Based Drivers License
Use and maintain accurate data in Caregility CRM and business tools
Must be willing to complete all background checks + drug screenings as required by current or future contracts as well as monthly exclusion checks
Must be willing to apply for security clearances or other related clearances to be able to work at certain customer locations
