Territory Sales Manager
LAURASTAR is a Swiss based company that has been an industry leader in advanced ironing and steamer systems for over 40 years. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager responsible for growing business profit and revenue while developing long-standing relationships in the sewing and quilting industry. The role involves driving sales through education, managing dealer relationships, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Drive sales and conversion through product education and demonstration
Maximize revenue by selling into new and existing accounts through phone, e‐mails, and online presentation
Educate retailers and continuously identify opportunities for development and revenue growth Conduct compelling digital product demonstrations by addressing specific pain points
Create, edit and present training materials thoroughly and accurately
Develop new item presentations, manage presentation and communication of important sell‐in plans and develop compelling sales materials
Quote prices, manage objections, negotiate for maximum profit, prepare proposals, obtain appropriate approvals, and provide information to dealers regarding terms of sales
Engage with our sister brand, BERNINA, and other outside vendor partners to develop and deliver action plans to drive sales
Collaborate with BERNINA team and other partners for seminars and events to promote our products
Build strong Sewing & Quilting Dealer relationships outside of the BERNINA network
Conduct Virtual Consumer Training Meetings
Act as a category expert on our products and industry
Analyze internal reporting to determine projects that will drive revenue and conversion Perform competitive analyses and support forecasting for dealers

Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B product sales experience with a proven track record of success
Consultative sales experience generating sales by providing solutions, product education and/or training as an integral part of the sales process
Strong technology skills to include MS Office, Google Docs and digital sales presentations
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Conceptual skills. The ability to see creative opportunities and solutions, then develop and communicate plans around them to drive sales
Technical skills. Become a subject matter expert on our products and industry
Ability to travel up to 50%
Goal oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Organized with good project management skills
B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in education, business, communications, or public relations preferred
Sewing, quilting and/or crafting experience by employment, or passionate hobbyist
Experience with Sewing and Quilting Dealer network highly preferred
