Responsibilities
Work with mid-to-low range energy customers, driving participation in solar sales, energy efficiency programs, and electric vehicle programs
Ensure all opportunities within each customer account are fully explored
Collaborate with internal teams and manage customer engagement and program execution using Microsoft Office tools
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to deliver program services
Enhance program delivery/customer experience and resolve business/customer issues
Develop and maintain processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for BPU approved programs
Qualification
Required
B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant field or equivalent work experience plus 7 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 11 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field
Experience managing vendor performance, and leading cross-functional teams
Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle program experience
Management/leadership experience working with cross-functional teams
Valid US driver's license
Preferred
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification
MBA or Advanced Degree
