Strategic Account Executive, Healthcare Systems
HDmedical is an innovative developer and manufacturer of medical devices located in Rutland, VT, focused on improving the quality of care for vulnerable patients. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive who will build and maintain relationships with specific hospital and health system accounts, driving discovery processes and coordinating demos with the executive team.

Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to run discovery, present value, and advance opportunities
Strong account management instincts: persistent, organized, and relationship-driven
Comfort operating in a face-paced, dynamic startup environment with ambiguity
Experience commercializing new products or emerging healthcare technologies
Excellent written documentation and CRM (Hubspot) discipline
Empathy for health care system pain points
Preferred
Experience selling into hospitals/health systems in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Clinical workflow literacy (nursing, ICU, education, patient safety, workforce safety, hierarchy of roles within healthcare system)
