Responsibilities
Write high-level and detailed functional requirement documents
Perform business requirements analysis and gap analysis
Execute full SDLC for complex systems
Develop functional design documents and obtain stakeholder approvals
Create user stories, task breakdowns, prototypes, and mockups
Work on large Agile projects and assist with test-driven development
Design and execute test plans, test cases, UAT, and post-implementation testing
Prepare test reports with metrics and coordinate with business users
Assist with Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessment (EASA), hosting documents, and firewall rules
Draft Local Change Board (LCB) documents
Develop training materials and user manuals
Maintain system documentation and support production monitoring
Assist users with issue resolution and defect tracking
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Business Analysis experience for complex computer systems
8+ years developing functional requirements
8+ years developing and implementing test plans and test cases
5+ years working in Agile environments (including TDD)
8+ years creating and maintaining system documentation
8+ years developing training plans and materials
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
Experience working with HIPAA data
