Qualification
Required
Experience as a Career Coach or Executive Coach
Experience as a former or current consultant, banker, PM, or operator
Experience as a hiring manager or interviewer at competitive firms
Domain expertise in consulting, finance, tech, or strategy
Comfort advising candidates aiming for top-tier roles
