5+ years expInsight Global is supporting a leading enterprise network services client in the search for a Tier III Network Operations Technician to join their Professional Network Operations Center. This role supports the client’s most strategic customers by delivering high‑touch, mission‑critical network monitoring and fault resolution across complex, multi‑vendor environments.

Responsibilities
Monitor internal and external networks in a multi‑vendor environment
Perform advanced fault triage, diagnosis, and escalation to meet SLA commitments
Own the full lifecycle of network incidents, from fault receipt through resolution
Isolate and resolve issues across DWDM, SDH, Dark Fiber, IP, and Ethernet circuits
Provide clear, timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal support teams
Track MTTR, service availability, and operational performance metrics
Support shift leadership and maintain key site and facility monitoring
Contribute to ISO 9001 / 18001 / 27001 operational standards
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of Tier II/Tier III NOC experience in telecommunications or network services
Strong hands‑on experience with DWDM, fiber, and optical networking
Experience working in multi‑vendor environments (e.g., Ciena, Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, ADVA, Alcatel, Huawei, etc.)
Knowledge of OSP practices, including basic OTDR analysis and fiber repair concepts
Proven experience troubleshooting transport and IP networks
Strong analytical skills with a proactive, customer‑first mindset
Comfortable operating on overnight schedules, including holidays
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft O365
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
