Qualification
Required

3–4 years production or manufacturing supervisory experience
Experience with Lean Manufacturing / ISO / Six Sigma
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work overtime as required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Manufacturing / plant floor environment
